Job Description / Responsibility
The applicant should have experience in Operation & Maintenance all types of Yarn Dyeing Machines.
Assist to operate the plant in a safe, smooth and effective manner by regular maintenance of above equipment as required by superior’s work order and to reduce downtimes by equipment faults.
Control and economic consumption of spare parts, and other consumables item.
To attend for emergency maintenance in the times other than the regular working hours if required.
To comply with all maintenance procedures, instructions and to discharge responsibilities related to ISO standard for Environment, Quality Management System and Occupational Health & Safety Management System.
Assist in monitoring, record process parameters and notify controlling officer.
Make periodic rounds of dyeing Machine , Generator, Boiler Machine observing conditions, note abnormal conditions and take corrective actions.
Understand fault, troubles and response with prudent actions/maintenance.
Maintain proper documentation e.g., log books, maintenance reports, records of spare parts consumption, incident/accident reports etc.
To coordinate with other departments as required. For example, cooperate and assist in operational activities with Production department, etc.
Good knowledge on materials, tools, spares and machinery used in Garments industry.

Diploma/ B.Sc Mechanical or Electrical form any reputed institution .
Experience Requirements
At least 5 year(s)
