Job Description / Responsibility
Responsible for planning, executing and completing audit fieldwork according to establish schedule.
Set goals, directs personnel in day-to-day operations and monitors progress.
Recommend internal control improvements that may include operational enhancements or efficiencies and the preparation of audit reports as well as documenting controls.
Utilizes audit objectives and procedures to review and assess the adequacy and application of internal controls through corporate operations, may require the development and refinement of audit programs, questionnaires or other audit tools.
Document and actively participate in the development of audit procedures performed as well as the preparation of noted concerns for audit report inclusion.
Prepare and analysis of audit data through computer aided audit tools.
Maintain a current knowledge base of audit industry practices and to ensure best practices as always considered.
Provide periodic reports to the Management.
Must have good knowledge of Financial Management including budget operation and auditing procedures.
Must possess good IT skills and be well conversant with Automated Accounting System
Strong analytical and problem solving skills and experience
Person need to travel various business locations round the year frequently.
Job Nature
Full-time Educational Requirements The position requires the jobholder preferably to have Masters with professional qualification/ training background in MBA / M.Com in Accounting/Finance/ CA / ICMA. Experience Requirements

The job holder requires demonstrating abilities to be committed to stress targets, open and good communicator and team player, extensive knowledge of Auditing processes and its effect on business.
Minimum 10-12 years of relevant experience in MNC or locally reputed organization.
It is all about working under a stressful environment that consist of ensuring optimum use of Group financial resources through efficient and effective planning and monitoring & supervising execution (by doing all relevant activities of the position) of the plan that enable smooth business operation toward achievement of targeted goal.

The position requires internal working relationship with Audit & A & F Team.

The position requires cross- functional working relationship with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Team and HR & Admin.
External:
The position requires external working relationship with Customs Duty, Banks, Clients of PG etc .
