Job Description
Manage independently and perform audits end to end including audit planning, audit fieldwork and reporting.
Develop audit program, guide/procedures and internal control function for internal auditor(s) to implement audit program and procedures.
Prepare different types of audit reports - monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annually for the use of the top management.
Monitor and guide job performance of the auditors in conducting regular audit and follow up activities in an effective, professional and timely manner.
Work with various business unit representatives and process owners to review and test internal systems and processes.
Identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
Preparation of budgets and control procedure.
To develop a follow up process to ensure effective implementation of corrective actions for deficiency.
Position Requirements
Educational Requirements: Chartered Accountant or Cost and Management Accountant.
Experience Requirements:
At least 10 years.
The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Audit, Accounts, Internal Audit.
The applicants should have experience in the following business areas: Amusement Park, Garments, Group of Companies, Real Estate.
Additional Job Requirements:
Age At least 35 years.
At least 5 year(s) working experience in Managerial position.
Proficiency in MS Office & ERP System.
Well conversant with statutory audits, Tax audits, Internal Audits and Accounts.
Strong analytical & Problem solving ability.
Should be proactive, innovative, energetic, hardworking, dedicated and target oriented.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Dynamic, Self-Motivated, Interpersonal Skill with sound job Knowledge.
Organizational Leadership Quality and Management Capability.
