Job Description / Responsibility

    Settlement of invoice & other bills and deduction of vendor tax & VAT at source and timely deposit to Government authority.

    Calculate employee income tax as per regulation, make appropriate challans and deposit to bank.

    Review & Evaluate current practice & implement changes in operation of TAX & VAT procedure, if required.

    Maintain liaison with Tax authority for various tax issues and VAT circle office & Divisions.

    Maintain daily expenses and handle petty cash

    Keep voucher, documents and records properly and safely.

    Reporting all financial transaction Monthly, quarterly, annually and prepare FDI report to Bank

    Preparation of payments voucher and booking of expenses under appropriate headcounts.

    Assisting in the preparation of payroll and disbursement of employee salary

    Maintain Fixed asset list

    Preparation of journal voucher and taking approval from authorized person before recording

    Any other function as may be assigned by supervisor or Company Head

Job Nature

    Full-time 

Educational Requirements

    Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Finance & CA/CC completed (senior student also can apply) 

Experience Requirements

    1 to 3 year(s)

    The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    Accounts, Audit, Cash Management, Finance, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)

    The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

    Audit Firms /Tax Consultant

Additional Job Requirements

    Age 27 to 40 year(s)

    Sound in Quick book accounting software & Tally software.

    Should be skilled in accounts reporting making monthly, quarterly, yearly & FDI report
