Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities:

Performs Accounts Receivable/Payable function
Daily accounting data entries
Update and allocate receipts against invoices in sales ledger
Check and process customers refunds, dishonoured cheques
Follow up with regular reporting on payment of outstanding invoices and resolve of any payment disputes
To take charge of credit control, follow-up on collections and month end closing
Liaise with counterparties
Filing and mailing of duly completed and signed documents
Perform any ad hoc duties as and when required
Job Requirements:

GCE 'N' Level and above
Good team player who is independent and self motivated
Must be able to do multi­tasking job
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Prior knowledge of Autocount system is an advantage
Able to start work immediately
