Job Description
Life & Health Insurance products sales.
Having the ability to stay focused in sales and achieving targets.
Ability to work independently and effectively in complex situation.
Pro-actively search, develop and engage into new customer relationships.
Deliver excellent sales and after-sales services to maximize sales, customer satisfaction and retention.
Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business.
Manage existing & potential customers via personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
Achieving sales target given by the Management, able to discharge responsibilities & be result oriented.
Provide daily performance feedback to Branch manager.
Coordinate with Branch Manager; preparing monthly, weekly & daily report.
Other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time as when require.
Job Location :B. Baria, Chandpur, Chittagong, Comilla, Dhaka, Feni, Gazipur, Laxmipur, Manikganj, MoulaviBazar, Mymensingh, Noakhali, Rangpur, Sunamganj, Sylhet.
Position Requirements
Educational Requirements: HSC or Bachelor`s degree from a well reputed college/ university.
Additional Job Requirements:
Age 18 to 55 years.
Willingness to develop a career in the life insurance industry.
Must be energetic, smart & hardworking with convincing power.
Willing to travel anywhere to reach potential customers.
Willing to work long hours to achieve target to enjoy benefits.
Team player, target achiever and able to work under-pressure.
Willingness to enjoy ample working freedom and flexibility.
Preference for candidates having high social connections and enjoy social work like-sports, cultural activities, volunteer for social work etc.
