Job Description

Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic internal policies.
Ensuring all expenses are made under approved policy of the group.
Ensuring all PI’s accepted under budget against specific order.
Ensuring all Bill of Exchanges accepted as per value of goods received.
Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard assets of the organization.
Monitoring salary & wages payment of all employees & workers.
Monitoring wastage sales activities as per policies.
Analyzing and reporting efficiency of various production department.
Provide management with advice on the cost control and decision making process.
Special audit on any related matters as required by the Management.
Position Requirements

Educational Requirements: FCMA.

Experience Requirements: At least 10 years. The applicants should have experience in Internal Audit.

Additional Job Requirements:
Age At most 45 years.
10+ years in responsible roles, preferably group of companies with 3+ years in RMG sector in managerial position.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and functional managers at different locations.
Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
Should be below 45 Years; For highly experienced person age may be relaxed.
About the Company

Interstoff Apparels is a 100% export knit vertical integrated Company. The facility situated at Chandora, Kaliakoir, Gazipur , Bangladesh. The factory has stared its operation from 2002. The corporate office and factory building at present address take up an area of more than the total land area is about 131000 square feet and factory occupied 350000 square feet for occupied production process. In the factory premises, there are three separate production building and two sheds. In 1st building is 7th storied building, 2nd building 4th stories building and 3rd building is 11th storied building. Also 1st shed is used for ETP and Utility purpose and 2nd shade using for workers dining and canteen purpose. Interstoff Apparels is manufacturing all types of Knit garments like Kid’s, Men’s, Ladies, Girl’s, Boxer and Sleepwear etc.
